Introduction to the key concepts and practices of Action Learning and Reflective Practice

Identify a specific issue or problem to form the basis of an action learning project

Develop an Action Learning project plan and initiate the implementation of the project with an Action Learning team

Facilitate regular Action Learning team meetings to review progress, share insights, and adapt the project plan
