Four levels of professional certifications co-badged with ALARA

Certification Levels

GCWAL offers four levels of practitioner certifications, co-badged with the Action Learning Action Research Association (ALARA) and validated by leading academic institutions.

CAL-F

Certified Action Learning Facilitator

Awarded upon completion of the Work-Based Action Learning programme focusing on Action Learning & Reflective Practice.

CWBL-P

Certified Work-Based Learning Practitioner

Requires completion of the Implementing Work-Based Change Programme with action learning modules and work-based project.

CWAL-P

Certified Work-Applied Learning Practitioner

Advanced certification including modules on organisational change and knowledge management building on CWBL-P.

CWAL-CA

Certified WAL Change Advisor

The highest level requiring all preceding modules plus a practitioner research proposal and project completion.

Complete: Additional modules on Organisational Change and Knowledge Management

CWAL-CA - Certified WAL Change Advisor

Complete: All preceding modules + Practitioner Research Proposal and Project
