About the Journal
The Journal of Work-Applied Management is an online journal for experts to share their findings and theories on work-applied management research. Its academic and peer-reviewed articles cover the latest research in work-applied management, with case studies that demonstrate the practical application of that research in the workplace.
Founded in 2008 as the Gibaran Journal of Applied Management, the journal was renamed in 2015 to reflect its evolving scope. Content encompasses peer-reviewed academic articles alongside case studies demonstrating practical workplace applications of WAL, WBL, reflective practice, and organisational learning.
