Facilitator Requirements
All programme facilitators must meet GCWAL's quality standards before delivering licensed programmes.
Essential Criteria
All approved facilitators must meet the following requirements:
Possess a relevant postgraduate qualification
4–5 years of current middle management experience with teams and projects
Successfully complete a WAL Change programme one level higher than what they will deliver
Receive the appropriate WAL Practice Certificate from GCWAL
Candidates meeting only the first two requirements (qualification and experience) may facilitate select programmes while completing the Implementing Work-Based Change programme under GCWAL Advisor supervision.
